WELCOME TO OUR STORE

Ever since I can remember, I helped my dad, a 2nd generation Rocque (pronounced rock) make our "famous  pepper jelly". I enjoyed helping him outside in the garden and watching the peppers grow. I also found the process of making our "secret family recipe" fun! I started giving jars away as gifts and my pepper jelly was a hit at local craft shows. My friends and customers kept coming back for more and my business took off from there. 

My pepper jelly is made from only the finest, all-natural ingredients and it's made in small batches to ensure that you're always getting a consistent, fresh taste. I'm proud to create a product that everyone loves and a condiment that creates conversation at the dinner table and at parties.
